I offer a complimentary 15 minute consultation. This is a space to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. I welcome you to share a little about yourself and your therapy goals during this time. I am also happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Costs

$175.00 - Individual Therapy || 50 Minutes

Insurance
I am not in network with insurances. Oftentimes, insurance companies will dictate the frequency and length of therapy as well as the type of therapy one can receive. By remaining out of network, it allows us to work together without limitations set by your insurance company. Without these limitations, we will be able to customize your therapy to meet your specific needs and goals. As a therapist without insurance limitations, I am also able to spend more time with you and provide you with higher quality care. However, insurance companies will often reimburse for therapy visits. Upon request, I can provide you with a Superbill which you can give to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of clinical services.
Superbills
If you wish to use Superbills for out-of-pocket payments, I strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment to determine if they will reimburse you for payment of sessions. Please note that full payment for the session is due at the time of service.
